1-on-1 Training

Bespoke programme to meet your individual needs and the demands of your sport. We'll start with a movement assessment, benchmarks and analysis to identify key motor skills, movement patterns and mechanics. 

Your training plan will work over a sustained period of time and will include a variation of exercises, intensity, volume and load to improve your sporting performance. 
 
Cost: £50 per session.

Small Group Sessions

Training with work colleagues or with friends and family, small group sessions are a fantastic way to train and develop athletic performance with a competitive edge.

Hybrid conditioning sessions designed to build strength, improve movement qualities and high intensity cardio. Training loads, density and intensity will be prescribed appropriate to the athlete.

Cost: £20 per person, per session (5 athletes per group).

Team Sports

Regardless of level, team sports involve large high risk movements; acceleration, deceleration, jumps, landing, change of direction and sprinting. We deliver training sessions for a variety of teams and squads to build stronger and more robust athletes.

Sessions can work during pre season to get in shape for a new campaign or can be added during the season to ensure athletes maintain strong performances.

Costs: £10 per person (min 8 athletes).

Youth Training

Designed to meet the needs of aspiring athletes and develop those fundamental movement patterns to build coordination, flexibility and strength as their bodies develop.

Programmes are fun, exciting and full of energy and variation to enhance all round athleticism and develop key performance qualities for sport. Young athletes are perfectly placed to benefit from S&C training.

Cost: £35 per session.
